Editing Continued

Today we edited. We are so close to the end..its unreal. With only a few more spaces to fill we are close to having a full timeline. However we still need to polish the shots and cut some to the beat to follow the feedback that we received during the screening. We will continue to edit until we finish!

Screening

Today we held a screening with two people from our target audience, that were interviewed during the first stage of development. As we had previously interviewed them on what they liked and wanted out of a music video we thought it would be a good idea to see their reaction to what we had made so far. We had them fill of an evaluation form as well as record their reaction to the first draft of our video:

Noxa Soundcloud

Noxa now has a soundcloud account, where she can post all her new albums and songs, which then enables the fans to add the songs to their own playlists and they can also follow Noxa's account to get updated on the newest songs she uploads immediately. This is a really good way of connecting Noxa with her fans because it shows how many views/likes there are so she can see how her fans react to the songs as well as comments at specific times of the song, so she can get feedback for her music from fans and they can also all discuss the music together creating a Noxa society.

Bloopers + Gag Reel

During the editing process we found that many of our shots contained mistakes and laughter and decided to make a quick blooper reel on our 'favourite mistakes'. From laughter to an accidental 3 minute shot of nothing, the bloopers show how much we enjoyed shooting our video.

Audience Research

Over the course of making our music video we have been interviewing and collecting data from our target audience to get their opinion on our ideas and what they want and expect from our video. Our first piece of research was a questionnaire available for anyone to answer and we had five responses which were all taken on-board during the planning stage. This was to get a brief idea of what different people thought of music videos in general and their thoughts on our initial ideas.
